To reinforce our project teams at Cronos Europa Brussels, we are currently hiring an
IT Project Management assistant who has relevant university education and around 3-5 years of relevant experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist at the successful implementation of IT and digital projects
  • Make sure the necessary structures and tools are in place for the planning, delivery, execution and operational monitoring of the project
  • Assist all steps of project from preparation, implementation to closure
  • Assistant at the Management of project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensure that deadlines are met
  • Assistant at the coordination of staff and internal resources (both administrative and project team)
  • Assist at stakeholder management
  • Assistant at all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Follow the company's processes related to project management
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Ensure projects meet quality and deadlines of the deliverables within the defined budget
  • Assist at the design of a risk mitigation plan
  • Assist at the conducting of the project review and create detailed reports for executive staff
  • Stay up to date with latest evolutions with regards to IT trends, project delivery methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

3 to 5 years years of proven experience in IT Project Management roles:

  • Certification in Project Management and/or any relevant IT related methodology.
  • Experience in successfully managing budgets
  • Experience in working with EU institutions or in an international environment is an asset
  • Languages: Very good French and English skills
  • Diploma
    :Master's degree in IT engineering, Business, Management or any relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
