**Marketing Manager** van Ranson Group ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, het beheer en het uitrollen van de marketingstrategie in lijn met het beleid van de onderneming.
**Functie**:
- Jij ontwikkelt en beheert de marketingstrategie voor het on
- en offlineverhaal, de content en de evenementen;
- Jij stelt hiervoor de nodige processen op en schrijft deze uit in procedures;
- Jij beheert zowel de nationale als internationale marketingbudgetten en volgt deze nauwgezet op;
- Jij vertaalt de interne strategische beslissingen naar externe communicatie;
- Jij stuurt en motiveert het marketingteam voor het bereiken van de vooropgestelde doelen;
- Jij maakt deel uit van het Commercieel Management Team om het commercieel beleid van de Ranson Group mee vorm te geven.
**Profiel**:
- Je genoot een **universitaire marketinggerichte opleiding** en hebt ervaring op strategisch niveau;
- Je denkt out-of-the-box voor interne en externe communicatieprojecten en bent vertrouwd met zowel klassieke als nieuwe media;
- Plannen en organiseren zit in jouw bloed;
- Je bent een to-the-point en resultaatsgerichte people manager;
- Customer Centricity staat bij jou centraal;
- Je hebt oog voor detail en streeft naar uniformiteit in ons marketingverhaal;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot **Nederlands, Frans, Engels**. Duits is alvast een plus.
- Je hebt **bij voorkeur 8 jaar ervaring** in een toonaangevende marketingrol voor B2B-producten.
