**THE CHALLENGE**:
Als Project Manager met sterke klantgerichtheid ben je een **onmisbare schakel** in het werkproces.Je staat in nauw contact met je klanten, detecteert hun noden en doet proactieve voorstellen om hun marketinginspanningen verder te optimaliseren. Je doet beroep op een loyaal en getalenteerd team, dat humor hoog in het vaandel draagt en gedreven is om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
- Je zorgt dat klanten projecten vlot intern **gebriefd** en **tijdig opgeleverd** worden. Deadlines halen is prioriteit.
- Je volgt jouw projecten op van **A tot Z**. Je maakt offertes, mediaplannen, staat in contact met klanten en leveranciers, bereidt presentaties voor. Je beheert budgetten en handelt facturatie af.
- Je **coördineert**, stuurt bij waar nodig en motiveert het team.
- Je kan je moeiteloos verplaatsen in de noden van de klant en denkt kritisch met hen mee. Je fungeert als een echte **sparringpartner** en kan daarbij ook rekenen op de expertise van je collega's.
- Je zet je marketingkennis maar al te graag in om je klanten te **adviseren**. Je ziet **opportuniteiten** en nieuwe uitdagingen. Zo creëer je meteen cross
- en upselling.
**PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt minimum **3 jaar ervaring** als Project Manager in een agency of hebt gewerkt in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je hebt een uitgebreide **marketingkennis**, zowel on
- als offline.
- Je bent professioneel, **communicatief** en houdt van humor.
- Je bent **gestructureerd**, planmatig en organisatorisch.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer die feedback positief onthaalt en zelf ook constructief zijn/haar mening deelt.
- Jouw ultieme goal is een **tevreden klant**.
