**Votre mission**:
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un Contrôleur de gestion pour optimiser le reporting, améliorer les processus internes et apporter un soutien à l'entreprise sur la base d'analyses approfondies.

Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous serez directement rattaché à la Directrice Financière, avec laquelle vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration.

**Vos responsabilités**

**Participez à la préparation du reporting financier**
- Préparations, analyses et automatisations des états financiers,
- Business review, consolidation des états et des résultats,
- Analyse des KPI et des écarts vs budget P&L, du cash-flow,
- participation dans la clôture mensuelle (calcul des ristournes, rapporter les FTE et d'autres KPI)
- Suivie des dépenses Capex

**Participez au processus d'élaboration budgétaire**
- Analyse et mise à jour des outils budgétaires existants,
- Prévisionnel de ventes, Budget dépenses et frais de personnel, préparation du CAPEX en lien avec l'équipe de management.

**Participez à des projets transversaux en lien avec les équipes comptables, achats, IT et opérationnelles**
- Mise en place de rapports Power BI
- Création et exploitation de rapport de calcul de marge par client et par service

**Votre profil**
- Master en finance / science de gestion
- Structuré, esprit analytique et curieux
- Flexible et autonome
- Respecter les délais fixés, sens de responsabilité
- Français et anglais
- Connaissance avancée en Excel, Power BI et Powerpoint
- Team player, assertive et fort en communication

**Your mission**:
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Business Controller to optimize reporting, improve internal processes, and provide support to the company based on in-depth analyses. In your role, you will report directly to the Financial Director, with whom you will work closely.

**Your responsibilities**

**Participate in the preparation of financial reporting**
- Preparation, analysis, and automation of financial statements
- Business review, consolidation of statements and results
- Analysis of KPIs and variances vs. P&L budget, cash flow
- Participation in monthly closing (calculation of rebates, reporting of FTEs and other KPIs)
- Monitoring Capex expenses

**Participate in the budgeting process**
- Analysis and updating of existing budget tools
- Sales forecast, budget for expenses and personnel costs, preparation of CAPEX in collaboration with the management team

**Participate in cross-functional projects with accounting, purchasing, IT, and operational teams**
- Implementation of Power BI reports
- Creation and utilization of margin calculation reports by client and service

**Your profile**
- Master's degree in finance/business administration
- Structured, analytical, and curious mindset
- Flexible and autonomous
- Adherence to deadlines, sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in French and English
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Team player, assertive, and strong communication skills
