Multipharma est la plus grande coopérative dans le domaine de la pharmacie en Belgique. En tant qu'acteur clé dans le secteur des soins pharmaceutiques, Multipharma souhaite renforcer le rôle du pharmacien dans les soins de première ligne afin de rendre les soins de santé accessibles à tous. Pour ce faire, Multipharma s'appuie sur son réseau de 246 pharmacies et sur l'expertise de ses 1800 employés. Grâce à une approche omnicanale dynamique et à des innovations technologiques, ces derniers sont constamment au service de leurs patients. Multipharma dispose également d'un centre de distribution avancé et de 2 centres innovants pour la préparation de médication individuelle, destinée aux patients dans les maisons de repos et d'autres établissements de soins.
Multipharma désire renforcer son Risk Management en créant une fonction de **Risk & Control Officer (BCM)** chargée de surveiller les risques en deuxième ligne de maîtrise.
**VOTRE FONCTION**:
En étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des directions, le **Risk & Control Officer (BCM)**, évalue l'efficacité de la gestion et du contrôle des risques et plus particulièrement ceux relatifs au Business Continuity Management.
Vous faites partie de l'équipe Internal Audit & Risk Management appartenant à la Direction Générale, et rapportez à cet égard au Responsable de l'Internal Audit & Risk Management.
**VOS RESPONSABILITES ET ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES**:
ASPECTS RISK & CONTROL:
- Vous accompagnez le département dans la réalisation des actions de maîtrise des risques ;
- Vous participez activement aux analyses de risques sur l'ensemble des processus ;
- Vous modélisez et documentez les processus liés au Risk Management ;
- Vous coordonnez et dirigez les différents Risk Assessments ;
- Vous formulez une appréciation des résultats de ces analyses ;
- Vous coordonnez la maintenance et l'amélioration de politiques et SOP ;
- Vous suivez les avancées méthodologiques, réglementaires et technologiques pour identifier les changements essentiels ;
- Vous répertoriez et analysez les incidents critiques remontés en deuxième ligne de maitrise ;
- Vous préparez des rapports sur les risques identifiés au sein de Multipharma en collaboration avec les correspondants risques et votre responsable ;
ASPECTS BCM:
- Vous veillez à la mise en œuvre efficace du Business Continuity Management System ;
- Vous veillez à la mise à jour et à la maintenance du processus et de la documentation relatifs au Business Continuity Management ;
- Vous êtes responsable des évaluations annuelles des BIA's via la coordination des BCM Champions, ainsi que de l'analyse finale et de la communication des résultats ;
- Vous êtes responsable de l'identification des stratégies de Business Continuity ;
- Vous mettez en place des programmes d'essais et supervisez des tests ;
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
- Vous avez une formation axée sur l'économie, la finance ou l'informatique.
- Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience significative dans une fonction de contrôle (Risk Management, Audit interne ou externe ) et êtes très intéressé par les aspects Business Continuity ;
- Vous êtes proactif, pragmatique et vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome ;
- Vous appréciez travailler en équipe et collaborer avec les différents départements de la société ;
- Vous avez un esprit analytique ;
- Vous communiquez de manière claire et adaptez votre style de communication à vos différents interlocuteurs (direction, comité d'audit, IT, pharmaciens...) ;
- Vous maîtrisez le français et le néerlandais, et avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais ;
- Une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans le Business Continuity Management est un must ;
- Des certifications telles que CISA ou en COBIT constituent un atout.
