As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Business Analyst Payment to join its Payments Operations team.
With proven experience and knowledge of end-to-end payment life cycles and workflows, you will be responsible to determine the business analysis activities to be carried out and plan them.
As a member of the payment's operations team, you also will be in charge of shaping the roadmap together with the team to achieve best-in-class payment throughout all our markets.
YOUR ROLE
- Gathering business requirements through research, interviews, workshops,
- Acquiring indepth knowledge of business areas and/or processes
- Performing feasibility studies and/or drafting business cases
- Understanding Payment ecosystems and KPIs
- Review of the existing reporting including identification of measurements and their implementation
- Process design and management including QA activities during testing.
- Payments feature benchmark analysis.
- Focus on customer centricity as core of all our payment activities.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree with 35 years' experience working in a similar type of role
- Excellent Payment knowledge from a business, operational and technology perspective
- Excellent knowledge of endtoend payment life cycles and workflows
- Experience in Agile Payment methods integration
- Knowledge of the casino and sports betting world
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- A strong propensity to datadriven recommendations and high consumer centricity
- Excellent time management and planning with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Indepth knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence
