À Malines (BE), nous représentons les marques Buderus et Bosch via Bosch Thermotechnology. Nefit et Bosch sont en outre les marques de Bosch Thermotechniek à Deventer (NL). Ensemble, nous formons l'organisation BeNe et sommes un acteur de premier plan sur les marchés résidentiels, utilitaires et industriels.
Notre gamme de produits s'articule autour d'un large éventail de solutions durables pour le chauffage et la production d'eau chaude. Il s'agit notamment de la combinaison hybride d'une pompe à chaleur et d'une chaudière ; nous travaillons sur des appareils de chauffage central fonctionnant à l'hydrogène plutôt qu'au gaz naturel, ainsi que sur des systèmes intelligents de stockage et de gestion de l'énergie. Les produits électriques tels que les systèmes de climatisation Bosch pour le refroidissement et le chauffage sont également présents dans notre assortiment. En étroite collaboration avec les spécialistes de la R&D de Deventer et d'autres sites, nous mettons tout en œuvre pour développer des technologies durables révolutionnaires pour l'avenir.

Description du poste
En tant que Product Manager, vous ferez partie du département Product Portfolio TTSNB-PP. Ce département est responsable de l'introduction de produits et de services sur les marchés belge et néerlandais. Le département identifie les besoins des clients sur le marché et les traduit en une feuille de route de produit avec les exigences de produit appropriées. Le département assure également une fixation optimale des prix, en tenant compte de la position concurrentielle, des besoins attendus du marché et du prix de revient, et définit les attentes en matière de ventes.
En ce qui concerne la gestion des produits, une coordination importante est nécessaire avec le marketing (marchés du bétail), la R&D (possibilités techniques) et les ventes (identification des besoins du marché). Des contacts sont également établis avec les unités opérationnelles par l'intermédiaire de la gestion internationale des produits.
Le chef de produit est responsable de la gestion de ses propres produits (groupes). Il supervise les produits depuis la phase de développement jusqu'à la vente du produit sur le marché, en passant par l'introduction sur le marché. Pour mener à bien cette tâche, le chef de produit devient un expert de la connaissance du marché et doit acquérir une compréhension approfondie des besoins et des expériences des clients.
Le travail du chef de produit consiste à garder à l'esprit les objectifs commerciaux à long terme et à veiller à ce que toutes les conditions nécessaires à la vente réussie des produits soient optimales. À cette fin, il sera en contact permanent avec les collègues des ventes et les clients.
Nous recherchons un chef de produit passionné par les produits de chauffage dont les clients ont besoin. Vous travaillerez au sein d'équipes interfonctionnelles et mettrez sur le marché des produits qui reflètent la vision et la stratégie de l'entreprise.
**Qualifications**:
- Niveau de travail et de réflexion de niveau licence avec une spécialisation commerciale/technique, telle que l'économie commerciale, la gestion d'entreprise technique ou l'ingénierie mécanique.
- Vaste expérience de la gestion de produits (techniques).
- Vous êtes familiarisé avec les méthodes modernes de travail par le biais de canaux multimédias.
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et pouvez travailler à la fois individuellement et en équipe.
- Vous savez gérer les périodes de stress et les délais.
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de Microsoft Office, plus particulièrement d'Excel, de Power Point et de Word.
- Vous parlez couramment la deuxième langue nationale et l'anglais en plus de votre langue maternelle (néerlandais ou français).
- Excellentes capacités d'expression orale et écrite.

- Connaissance des documents juridiques, tels que les directives / décrets / arrêtés royaux relatifs au secteur du chauffage.
