**Functie**:
De Field Coach Customer Connect is verantwoordelijk voor het coachen en ondersteunen van een team van Service Engineers voor de regio Antwerpen & Limburg, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat ze optimaal presteren en groeien in hun functie.

**Een greep uit jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de Service Engineers. Je begeleidt en ondersteunt hen in hun dagelijks functioneren door duidelijke instructies te geven, de resultaten op te volgen en bij te sturen indien nodig.
- Veiligheid staat voorop en jij zorgt ervoor dat alle richtlijnen en procedures worden nageleefd door bv. veiligheidschecks en gerichte controles op technische fouten uit te voeren. Je doet hiervan de nodige registratie in de voorziene systemen. Tot slot breng je ook proactief verbetertrajecten en opleidingsvoorstellen aan.
- Je werkt samen met het team om de vooropgestelde targets te behalen. Je bent je bewust van welke SLA's, KPI's er zijn en waarom het belangrijk is dat ze worden bereikt. Je doet de rapportage naar de klant omtrent de KPI's (d.m.v. dashboards) om samen de vooropgestelde en gerealiseerde prestaties te bekijken en te bespreken.
- Je staat in voor de administratieve afhandeling van de klachten/schades en doet de nodige bestellingen van materialen.
- Je organiseert elke maand de toolbox meeting voor de Service Engineers uit jouw omgeving.

**De ideale kandidaat**:
**Empathie en communicatie **zijn jouw sterke punten, hierdoor kan je effectief omgaan met verschillende situaties. Je stelt je **bereikbaar** op naar de Service Engineers en luistert actief naar hun problemen. Je hebt een passie voor het delen van kennis en het begeleiden van anderen in hun ontwikkeling. Met andere woorden: het **coachen** van een grote groep van technische mensen zit jou in het **DNA**.
- Je hebt reeds 2 jaar technische expertise als Service Engineer opgebouwd waardoor je voldoende technische bagage hebt om de problemen te analyseren en om samen met de Service Engineer tot een oplossing te komen.
- Je beschikt over een VCA VOL of bent bereid deze te behalen.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
- Je bent stressbestendig en kunt meerdere taken tegelijkertijd beheren.
- Administratieve taken schrikken jou niet af; Naast de field visits, werkplekinspecties en telefonisch ondersteuning, beheer je jouw mailbox waarin mails van de klant, Circet als techniekers binnenkomen, organiseer je meetings en bestel je materiaal.
