Als Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) Analyst speel je een cruciale rol in het analyseren van financiële gegevens, het ondersteunen van besluitvormingsprocessen en het bijdragen aan de groei van ons bedrijf. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de FP&A Manager.
**Wat wordt jouw rol?**
- Analyseren van financiële gegevens en afwijkingen op zowel geconsolideerd als afdelingsniveau (P&L, balans sheet, cash flow, werkkapitaal,...)
- Samenwerken met de CFO's, van onze verschillende entiteiten, om nauwkeurige budgettering, prognoses en rapportage te garanderen
- Actief deelnemen aan het proces van financiële rapportage binnen de groep
- Uitvoeren van gedetailleerde analyses en voorstellen doen ter verbetering van processen op alle organisatieniveaus
- Fungeren als de financiële partner voor onze gecentraliseerde teams in het kader van specifieke business en financiële projecten
- Leiden van diverse projecten, zoals de implementatie van tools binnen de perimeters onder onze verantwoordelijkheid, de integratie van nieuwe businesses...
**Gaat dit over jou?**
- Opleiding in Financiën, Accounting, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied
- Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in financiële analyse en controlling
- Innovatief en flexibel in het omarmen van veranderingen
- Passie voor cijfers met scherp oog voor details, praktisch ingesteld, hands-on met een can-do attitude
- Bekendheid met IT-systemen zoals Office en SAP
- Resultaatgericht met de vaardigheid om complexe projecten te managen onder druk
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans, met een goede kennis van zowel Nederlands als Engels
