For a client in the utilities sector, we are looking for a Director that will drives departmental strategies aligned with a global vision, fostering excellence, prioritizing development, and ensuring value creation, directly impacting organizational performance.

TASKS:

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define departmental strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Contribute insights to overarching strategy through analysis and improvement initiatives.
- Manage departmental budget and drive service excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and nurture staff towards continuous improvement.
- Represent the organization in stakeholder engagements.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration and alignment.
