**Mission du département Compliance**:
Veiller à ce que les produits et services de la banque ne soient pas utilisés de manière abusive à des fins de blanchiment de capitaux (ML) ou de financement du terrorisme (FT). Pour atteindre cet objectif, il faut, d'une part, surveiller les clients et les transactions et, d'autre part, sensibiliser en permanence la banque et son personnel.
**Tâches et responsabilités principales**
- KYC : effectuer des analyses AML/CFT des clients nouveaux et existants (privés/professionnels).
- Enquêter sur les transactions atypiques sur la base d'alertes ou de sources externes indiquant des transactions ou des faits potentiellement liés au blanchiment de capitaux et/ou au terrorisme.
- Contacter le front office si des informations supplémentaires sont nécessaires à l'enquête LAB/CFT.
- Préparer et soumettre la déclaration des transactions et des clients suspects aux autorités pour validation au responsable de la conformité AML.
- Sensibiliser la banque et son réseau à la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme.
- Développer une expertise en matière de LBC/FT par la formation et l'autoformation.
