**Klaar om te schitteren?** Als Operation Manager elektriciteit leid je het dagelijkse en operationele beheer van ons team, verantwoordelijk voor de elektriciteitsdistributie binnen de terminals van Brussels Airport, met een knipoog naar de spannende wereld van technisch beheer, 24/7. Bij ons, op de luchthaven van Zaventem, word je de spil in ons elektrisch ecosysteem.

**Wat zijn jouw dagelijkse taken?**
- coördineer, samen met onze ploegbazen, een team van ongeveer 8 medewerkers in een volcontinu ploegenstelsel
- leid een team van circa 15 medewerkers voor preventief en correctief onderhoud aan de elektrische installaties van Brussels Airport
- sta klaar om technische vragen van jouw team te beantwoorden en een hoogwaardige werking te waarborgen
- zorg voor strikte naleving van onderhoudsprotocollen (preventief en curatief)
- rapporteer regelmatig aan onze gewaardeerde klanten
- stimuleer verbeteringen en optimaliseer technische prestaties
- hou toezicht op het budget en zorg ervoor dat we binnen de grenzen blijven
- fungeer als de schakel tussen ons team, de klant en alle andere partners op de luchthaven
- adviseer de klant en ontdek nieuwe behoeften
- zorg voor het welzijn en de veiligheid van onze medewerkers, zelfs buiten kantooruren
- draai mee in de oproepdiensten, 24/7
- rapporteer aan de Operation Manager Gebouwentechnieken
