Om de activiteiten te ontwikkelen is Ceppi op zoek naar een **Operations Manager** voor zijn hoofdkantoor in Zaventem.
Functie
Als Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Beheer van de omzetmarges.
- Het ontwikkelen van duurzame klantenrelaties.
- Het door het management gewenste financiële resultaat behalen.
- Coachen en leiden van de teams (integratie, opleiding, delegatie, opvolging) en jouw afdeling laten groeien om de door de klanten verwachte service te garanderen en zo de klanten ondersteunen.
- Het beheren van de facturatie en offertes.
Profiel
- Enkele jaren ervaring in management, technisch en commercieel beheer.
- Je bent een people manager met uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Je hebt technische kennis (ideaal in het onderhoud, maintenance en/of facility management)
- Je werkt gestructureerd en heb een goed organisatievermogen.
- Je hebt ervaring in projectmanagement en planningen.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je bent commercieel vaardig met goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Goede kennis van technische normen en procedures.
- Je kunt vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
