Proximus Group consists of the mother company Proximus SA and a growing network of subsidiary companies in the telecom and IT sectors, active in the Benelux and various other countries.
**Responsibilities**:
Proximus Media House (PMH) maakt deel uit van de Proximus groep en is het filiaal dat zich bezighoudt met de realisatie, productie, aankoop en exploitatie van audiovisuele content. Deze content wordt aangeboden via het Pickx platform en wordt uitgezonden op haar eigen zenders. Concreet ga je voornamelijk aan de slag voor Pickx+ NL, de premium Vlaamse zender van Proximus. Een zender met straffe series, bekroonde films, exclusieve sportwedstrijden, talkshows, concerten en magazines.
Wie zoeken we?
Als Promo & Content Editor maak je deel uit van het ENS-team (Entertainment & Non-Scripted), dat instaat voor het verwerken van alle content die op antenne verschijnt op onze eigen kanalen (Pickx+ en Pickx Live). Je wordt de vaste schakel in een team van voornamelijk freelance monteurs en hét aanspreekpunt langs de Nederlandstalige kant om dagelijkse montages, aanpassingen en mastering te voorzien. Niet enkel content voor tv zal bij jou passeren, ook content voor onze sociale kanalen is een belangrijk deeltje van onze communicatiestrategie.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor de andere editors/ videomonteurs (freelancers) die voor PMH werken.
- Je zal instaan voor het mediamanagement van onze zender
- Samen met je Franstalige collega behoud je een goed overzicht over de gehele postproductie flow voor Picxk+ / Pickx Live
- Indien nodig actuele content schrijven en produceren op verzoek.
- Je volgt de laatste trends binnen je expertisedomein en bent mee met de laatste evoluties op montagevlak.
De producers van het team zullen je aansturen, telkens met duidelijke briefings.
Profile
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als videomonteur (liefst in een tv gerelateerde omgeving).
- Probleemoplossend denken.
- Flexibel zijn en duidelijk prioriteiten kunnen stellen in je werk.
- Je bent punctueel: je ziet geen fouten in de montages over het hoofd en kan om met strikte deadlines.
- Je kent de software door en door:
Adobe Première kent geen geheimen voor jou
Je kent de basis van Adobe After Effects en van Adobe Photoshop
- Je begrijpt de basisbeginselen van IT en hoe dit gelinkt is aan mediamanagement.
- Je bent structureel sterk en kan je eigen werk makkelijk organiseren.
- Je bent 'hands on' en ziet mogelijkheden om de workflow continu te optimaliseren.
- Je hebt een sterk inzicht in verschillende platformen van sociale media en de bijhorende formats.
- Je bent gemotiveerd om mee te werken aan een zender in volle groei.
- Je kan goed functioneren in een creatieve teamomgeving.
- Je bent een goede communicator.
- Je spreekt feilloos Nederlands en je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
