Proximus Group consists of the mother company Proximus SA and a growing network of subsidiary companies in the telecom and IT sectors, active in the Benelux and various other countries.
**Responsibilities**:
Proximus Media House (PMH) fait partie du groupe Proximus et est la filiale dédiée à la création, la production, l'acquisition et l'exploitation de contenus audiovisuels. Ces contenus sont proposés via la plateforme Pickx et sont diffusés sur ses propres chaînes. Concrètement, vous travaillerez principalement pour Pickx+ FR, la chaîne francophone premium de Proximus. Une chaîne avec des séries impressionnantes, des films primés, des matchs sportifs exclusifs, des talk-shows, des concerts et des magazines.
Qui recherchons-nous?
En tant que Promo & Content Editor, vous appartenez à l'équipe Entertainment Non-Scripted (ENS) responsable du traitement de tout le contenu apparaissant à l'antenne sur nos propres chaînes (Pickx+ et Pickx Live).
Vous collaborez étroitement avec une équipe de monteurs freelances belges, assurant la coordination du montage quotidien de contenu promotionnel pour la télévision, nos partenaires la presse et nos réseaux sociaux.
Votre rôle inclura également le montage de programmes originaux, les ajustements nécessaires pour les diffusions linéaires et les plateformes de streaming, ainsi que le mastering des PAD.
Principales responsabilités
Être le point de contact privilégié pour les autres (freelance) monteurs et graphistes.
Vous serez responsable du Media Management de nos chaînes.
Avec votre collègue néerlandophone, vous supervisez les flux de post-production pour Pickx+ / Pickx Live.
Imaginer et créer du contenu original si nécessaire.
Vous suivez les dernières tendances dans votre domaine d'expertise et vous vous tenez au courant des derniers développements dans le domaine de montage
Les producteurs de l'équipe vous dirigeront, à chaque fois avec des briefings clairs
Profile
- Formation et au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant que monteur vidéo (de préférence dans un environnement lié à la télévision).
- Maîtrise des logiciels
- Adobe Première et After Affects n'a plus de secrets pour vous.
- Excellente connaissance d'Adobe Photoshop
- Compréhension des bases de l'informatique et du Media Management.
- Vous avez de l'expérience en matière de montage de bandes-annonces et de narration.
- Vous êtes flexible et savez clairement établir des priorités dans votre travail.
- Vous êtes ponctuel : vous ne négligez pas les erreurs dans les montages et vous pouvez respecter des délais stricts.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et très bonne connaissance de l'anglais. La connaissance du néerlandais est un réel atout.
- Être autonome, proactif et ne pas hésiter à aller chercher l'information.
- Comprendre les différences culturelles et linguistiques et savoir les utiliser comme une force.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à résoudre des problèmes.
- Vous travaillez principalement dans nos bureaux à Evere, mais en concertation avec les producteurs et votre collègue néerlandophone, un « système posté » peut être élaboré avec la possibilité de travailler à domicile.
