Als **FINANCE MANAGER **ziet je **takenpakket** er als volgt uit:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **Financiëel Beheer**:
- Je staat in voor de** Algemene Boekhouding;**
- voorbereiding van de boekhouding voor ons extern boekhoudkantoor
- dagelijkse verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande facturen
- credit - en debiteurenbeheer
- opvolgen van achterstallige betalingen, betalingsherinneringen verzenden, incassoprocedures opvolgen,...
- opvolgen van de dagelijkse cashflow positie en -planning
- opvolgen en tijdig uitvoeren van betalingen
- opmaken van facturen die niet automatisch gegeneerd worden
- samenwerken met interne collega's om financiële gegevens te verzamelen en te verifiëren
- vragen beantwoorden van klanten of collega's aangaande facturatie
- aanleveren van nodige documenten en informatie aan het boekhoudkantoor/management
- Je staat in voor **Rapportering, Budgettering, Beleidsondersteuning en Procesoptimalisatie**
- opstellen van maandelijkse financiële rapportages en analyses
- opmaken van budgetten, budgetbewaking, prognoses en geeft aanbevelingen aan het management
- Je bent geboeid door de wereld van cultuur en evenementen
- Je hebt een paar jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van boekhoudprincipes en de actuele wetgeving/reglementering
- Je hebt een goede kennis MS Office, hebt ervaring met boekhoudsoftware en hebt een IT mindset
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma of masterdiploma in een financiële/economische richting
- Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig, georganiseerd, verantwoordelijk
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands
