Finance & Accounting Manager

En tant que Finance & Accounting Manager, vous travaillez au sein du département Finance et vous rapportez au Director Finance. Votre mission principale est de développer, piloter et coordonner les activités Finance & Accounting afin d'assurer tactiquement et opérationnellement l'atteinte des objectifs de qualité et d'efficacité pour la STIB.

De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?
  • Développer, mettre en place et faire vivre la culture « Finance » au sein de l'entreprise. Être le moteur du changement et de la transformation du département financier.
  • Concevoir, développer et mettre en place une approche de monitoring de la performance financière.
  • Concevoir, Développer et mettre en place la planification financière à court, à moyen et à long terme.
  • Participer de manière pro-active aux organes de décisions, s'agissant de l'allocation des ressources de la STIB.
  • Gérer les différentes activités de l'entité et manager les équipes (coaching, formation, développement, évaluations, recrutement, échanges d'informations, ...)
  • Prendre des mesures à court ou moyen terme afin de garantir un service optimal et de qualité. En fonction des adaptations de la réglementation, proposer des améliorations.
  • Donner des conseils aux clients internes concernant les dossiers à enjeu stratégique pour l'entreprise (finance, investissement, masse salariale, Cour de Comptes, réviseurs, etc.).
  • Développer, améliorer, suivre et communiquer les processus, les projets, la qualité et les risques du département, suivant les méthodologies en place au sein de l'organisation.
  • Soutenir le processus de closing et le processus budgétaire dans son ensemble.
  • Etre le garant du respect des règles comptable que ce soit pour la comptabilité clients, fournisseurs ou encore générale.
  • Garantir un suivi des créances optimal aussi bien pour les surtaxes que les amendes administratives ou encore les créances commerciales.
  • Assurer une gestion de trésorerie optimale ainsi qu'une maitrise des matières fiscales.
Profiel kandidaat
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme niveau Master (École de Commerce ou Ingénieur Civil avec une spécialisation du type post graduat Gestion/Corporate Finance).
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée de minimum 10 ans en Finance (Controlling, Accounting, etc.) dans un environnement opérationnel, de préférence dans un secteur industriel.
  • Vous avez des bonnes connaissances des méthodes en matière de gestion de projets et de processus, ERP, outils de management reporting et/ou de business intelligence, change Management.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du Corporate Finance, Treasury et Tax.
  • Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances d'outils bureautiques (MS Office) et des outils de gestion (ERP).
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des deux langues nationales et de l'Anglais.
  • Vos compétences personnelles : capacité à conceptualiser et d'innover, orientation clients, bonnes compétences interpersonnelles, leadership, gestion du stress, orientation résultat.
