**Fonction**:
En tant que Financiale Accounting Manager, vous rapportez au Finance & Administration Manager.

**Principales responsabilités**:
**1. Leadership**:

- Superviser et encadrer une équipe de deux comptables financiers, en leur fournissant des conseils et des opportunités de développement professionnel.
- Favoriser un environnement de travail positif et collaboratif afin d'améliorer les performances de l'équipe.

**2. Amélioration des processus financiers**:

- Identifier les possibilités de rationaliser et d'améliorer les processus financiers, y compris les comptes créditeurs, les comptes débiteurs et le grand livre.
- Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques pour améliorer l'efficacité et la précision des rapports financiers.

**3. Gestion des flux de trésorerie**:

- Contrôler et gérer les flux de trésorerie de l'entreprise afin de garantir la liquidité et le respect des obligations financières.
- Élaborer des stratégies pour optimiser le fonds de roulement et les réserves de trésorerie.

**4. Gestion des demandes d'indemnisation**:

- Superviser le traitement et la résolution des demandes d'indemnisation, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les départements concernés afin de minimiser l'impact financier.
- Mettre en œuvre des procédures efficaces pour l'évaluation, la documentation et le recouvrement des demandes d'indemnisation.

**5. **Processus de clôture mensuelle**:

- Gestion précise et en temps opportun de la clôture de fin de mois, y compris le traitement de la paie, la réconciliation des comptes, le calcul des immobilisations et amortissements, les provisions mensuelles pour les loyers et assurances, et les rapprochements.

**6. **Processus de clôture fiscale et légale**:

- Soumission en temps voulu de déclarations de TVA précises, de déclarations annuelles d'impôt sur le revenu, et rédaction des états financiers annuels, ainsi que la coordination des activités fiscales
- Veiller à ce que toutes les activités et tous les rapports financiers soient conformes aux normes comptables, aux lois et aux règlements applicables.

**7. Soutien à l'audit**:

- Coordonner et préparer la documentation pour les audits internes et externes.
- Répondre aux conclusions des audits et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives si nécessaire.

**Profil**:

- Bachelier ou Master en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Une expérience d'au moins 10 à 15 ans est exigée.
- Expérience confirmée en comptabilité financière, y compris dans des fonctions de gestion des flux de trésorerie.
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Excellente connaissance des principes et réglementations financières et fiscales.
- Expérience de l'amélioration et de l'optimisation des processus.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité ERP et de Microsoft Excel.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Souci du détail et de l'exactitude.
- Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front, à établir des priorités et à respecter les délais.
- Maîtrise du français et du néerlandais (écrit et oral).
