- Het motiveren en coachen van je team, daarbij bied je ondersteuning bij vragen en help je bij het oplossen van productieproblemen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheidsprotocols en operationele/technische richtlijnen worden gerespecteerd, en geeft duidelijke instructies waar nodig.
- Het plannen en opvolgen van opleidingen behoort ook tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
- Naast leidinggeven, neem je ook de administratieve taken op je, waaronder het opstellen van een operationele planning en het rapporteren van gestructureerde productiegegevens.
- Veiligheids
- en technische incidenten worden gemeld en opgevolgd via ons ERP-pakket (SAP).
**Wat zoeken we?**:
- Je spreekt vlot Engels en Nederlands.
- Daarbij heb je al een stabiel productieverleden, liefst ook een eerste ervaring als leidinggevende.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en besluitvaardigheid in drukke productieomgevingen.
- Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent kritisch en hebt een oog voor detail.
