- Collaborating with Senior Managers to create and update metrics reports, including quarterly project reports for primary sponsors and individual project reports (e.g., webinars, podcasts, etc.).
- Arranging calls across different time zones.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure society details in the partnership prospectus are regularly updated (e.g., membership demographics).
- Gathering yearly DOIs for all experts involved in special initiatives.
- Assisting in the implementation of special projects, such as communication strategies and monitoring.
- Providing support with project coordination and administrative tasks for global grant-funded projects.
- Recording and transcribing meeting minutes.
- Well-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong team player.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel – especially for tracking and reporting purposes (Pivot tables, Graphs, =SumIf, =SumCellsByColor).
- Familiarity with Canva is advantageous.
- Experience with Teams/OneDrive is beneficial.
- Quick learner of new technology processes.
- Professional communication skills.
- Prior experience or interest in international non-profit, global health, or pharmaceutical sector is a bonus.
- Basic project management knowledge.
- English proficiency required.
- A fixed-term contract.
- Salary ranging from 2300 to 2400 euros gross per month.
