Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team here at
Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre.

Do

Support. You assist the management team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

Administrate. You coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up.

Manage. You support various Heads of Departments (HODs) in their operational needs, ensuring all teams are aligned with the hotel's goals and objectives. You assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Assist. You collaborate with the management team to monitor financial performance and contribute to strategies that achieve or exceed revenue targets. You assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Improve. You foster a collaborative and positive work environment by organizing team-building activities and initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction. You act as a liaison between management and staff, addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication.

Lead. You manage special projects as assigned by the management team, ensuring timely completion and alignment with the hotel's strategic objectives. You provide analytical support and conduct research to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Communicate. You uphold the hotel's commitment to exceptional guest service by supporting initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. You address guest feedback and assist in the development of service improvement plans.


The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the overall business objectives of the hotel.

Experience. You have aproven experience in management role within the hospitality industry.

Communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Dutch; other languages are a plus. You have excellent interpersonal skills.
