Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010.

As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.


Within the HR department of Audi Brussels, Compensation & Benefits is responsible for Governance (Legal, Comp & Ben, HR Reporting)/Payroll/HR International & Organization.

Within the Comp & Ben team, you are the point of contact for compensation issues in the broadest sense of the term.


Function:

  • You will manage Compensation & Benefits projects (e.g. salary policy, FlexPlan, etc.).
  • You will develop, communicate and maintain compensation policies, benefits and processes. You will also support the job classification processes.
  • You will monitor and analyze market trends in order to identify and develop opportunities for innovation and optimization of the salary package. You will handle salary reviews, bonus calculations and budgeting.
  • You are familiar with the various HR processes, provide answers to the concrete needs of the organization and have an eye for targeted IT integrations.
  • You will work closely with the various departments, the other subsidiaries of the group as well as external partners (payroll, legal, tax consultant, etc.).

Profile:

  • You have a Master degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in payroll and/or compensation & benefits, experience with job classification is an asset.
  • You have a good knowledge of social legislation and salary management procedures.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with figures. You are reliable, professional and able to handle confidential data.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch. Knowledge of English or German is a plus.
