Customer Service Manager

Au sein du département Customer Service, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Customer Service Director afin d'assurer le rôle-clé d'interface avec les clients. Vous êtes le point de contact privilégié client depuis la prise des commandes jusqu'à la livraison des produits y compris le suivi de ses prévisions. Vous animez de manière proactive et dynamique la communication et le service aux clients.
RESPONSABILITES:
- Vous assurez le suivi des prévisions et des commandes clients et communiquez directement les besoins et contraintes clients au département planning & approvisionnement en charge de la planification des activités.
- Vous réceptionnez les bons de commande, vérifiez l'adéquation avec les prévisions et confirmez celles-ci auprès des clients.
- Vous assurez le suivi des commandes en cours avec les clients ainsi qu'avec les différents interlocuteurs internes (planning de production, respect du délai de libération, de livraison, de facturation).
- Vous prenez une part active dans la facturation des clients et assurez que celle-ci est effective.
- Vous maintenez à jour la database client ainsi que le carnet de commandes.
- Vous assurez le suivi des besoins avec les clients et assurez la communication de ceux-ci de façon appropriée aux départements internes concernés.
- Vous suivez et coordonnez la liberation des lots pour vos clients afin de veiller au respect des délais négociés.
- Vous êtes responsables des KPI's en lien avec les activités des clients que vous gérez: forecast accuracy, On Time in Full deliveries,.
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes Supply Chain et production afin de garantir que les activités de conditonnement soient réalisées selon les requis des clients et assurer le respect des engagements en termes de date et volume de livraison.
- Vous assurez un rôle de rédaction, de modification, et de contrôle des procédures relatives à votre activitéizu
- Vous participez à la préparation des réunions avec les clients et y participez en cas de besoin.
**Votre profil**:
- Formation supérieure à orientation commerciale/supply chain
- 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire ; expérience en industrie pharma est un plus
- Bilingue français/anglais
- Excellentes capacités de communication et sens aigü du client
- Très bonnes connaissances informatiques: Microsoft Office (excel, ppt ); la connaissance d'un ERP (SAP) est un plus
- Capacités d'analyse, d'organisation et de planification
- Esprit d'équipe
- Proactivité, dynamisme et sens de l'initiative
