Coordinator Operator

Je zal deel uit maken van een klein team en jouw taken houden o.a. in:
- uitvoeren van de dagelijkse productie orders (inspectie, assemblage, verpakking en bediening van machines). Deze omvatten processen in een cleanroom en een labo en handelingen met chemicaliën en silicium (chip technologie);
- het begrijpen van de processen die uitgevoerd worden met het oog op onregelmatigheden en verbeteringen;
- de werkomgeving (cleanroom, labo's) schoon en netjes houden;
- de stock van productiegoederen beheren alsook de documentatie van de productiehandelingen;
- het coördineren van het werk en het opleiden van nieuwe collega's.
Je wordt tewerkgesteld in dagdienst.
Dit is een interim functie met een optie 'vast' na enkele maanden.
- Technisch middelbare school / Bachelor opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Ervaring met werken in een cleanroom of diagnostische omgeving is een plus;
- Gestructureerd werken met oog voor detail;
- Belang hechten aan taken exact uitvoeren zoals beschreven, het volgen van geldende Standard Operating Procedures en werkinstructies;
- Veel belang hechten aan veiligheid op de werkvloer;
- Een eerste ervaring in een coördinerende rol en in het opleiden van nieuwe collega's is een troef;
- Je neemt initiatief en kan autonoom werken;
- Kennis van een beetje Engels is vereist om de niet-Nederlandstalige collega's te begrijpen en te woord te staan.
