**Description**
- Pour la ligne de l'immobilier, clients corporatifs ;
- Gérer, analyser et défendre un portefeuille d'affaires existant ;
- Constituer un portefeuille rentable de nouvelles affaires ;
- Préparer les recommandations de risques pour les affaires nouvelles et existantes ;
- Manipuler les outils de tarification et préparer les instructions de réservation ;
- Participer aux réunions clients/courtiers ;
- Surveiller le portefeuille du livre en relation avec les sinistres ;
- Gérer la relation commerciale avec les clients et les courtiers ;
- Faire des présentations, des formations et s'occuper du networking interne et externe ;
- S'investir dans différentes initiatives d'excellence en matière de souscription.
**Profile**
- Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de contrats Non-Vie pour des clients individuels afin d'évoluer vers la gestion de clients Corporate (internationaux) ;
- Ou vous êtes spécialiste du produit Immobilier pour une clientèle d'entreprises avec l'ambition de développer vos compétences sur le produit Energie ;
- Vous êtes titulaire d'une licence en finance (assurance, économie, autre) ou d'un diplôme en droit ;
- Vous pouvez travailler aussi bien en français qu'en néerlandais, et vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais ;
- Vous êtes capable d'organiser votre agenda avec une bonne gestion du temps : vous savez prioriser les demandes concurrentes ;
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d'écoute : vous êtes capable de comprendre le besoin et de le traduire en solutions concrètes pour votre client ;
- Votre personnalité commerciale vous permet d'entretenir des relations durables avec vos clients. Vos clients font confiance à vos conseils grâce à votre professionnalisme et à votre volonté de proposer une gestion sur mesure.
