Opdrachtgever:Vynova is een toonaangevende Europese producent van chlooralkali-producten en PVC. Met productievestigingen in 5 landen en meer dan 1.250 toegewijde medewerkers, halen ze een jaaromzet van 830 miljoen euro. Hoewel ze een jong bedrijf zijn, kunnen ze voortbouwen op tientallen jaren ervaring als onderdeel van grote internationale chemiegroepen. Functie-informatie:Als Learning & Development Lead zorg je voor een overkoepelend beleid op vlak van Learning & Development initiatieven. Je optimaliseert deze verder, deelt en rolt ze uit om de competenties en inzetbaarheid van alle medewerkers op de Tessenderlo-site te garanderen en te vergroten.
- Je faciliteert, coördineert en werkt nauw samen met de leidinggevenden van de verschillende afdelingen, instructeurs en HR Business Partners. Je fungeert als coach en advisor voor medewerkers die leertheorieën en -processen in de praktijk moeten omzetten;
- Je helpt afdelingen op weg om Learning & Development beter te gaan organiseren binnen elke afdeling (door het gebruik van werkvormen, opzetten van peter/meterschap, );
- Je maakt deel uit van en je volgt strategische projecten op om tijdig en efficiënt Learning & Development mee te integreren in het projectplan (bv. nieuwe opstart nieuwe installatie - je focust hierbij op het klaarstomen van medewerkers voor deze nieuwe processen/taken);
- Je rolt actieplannen uit rond Learning & Development (LMS tool, professionaliseren en didactisch ondersteunen van instructeurs, ) in lijn met de strategische doelstellingen van de site;
- Je bent het centraal aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden, instructeurs, trainers en HR m.b.t. leren & ontwikkeling;
- Je geeft opleiding aan leidinggevenden, trainers en instructeurs rond didactische vaardigheden;
- Je werkt een strategie uit rond leren en ontwikkelen in samenspraak met het Site Management Team. Je implementeert dit opleidingsbeleid en je zet initiatieven op met oog op de verdere uitbouw van een leercultuur;
- Je faciliteert de samenwerking tussen de verschillende afdelingen m.b.t. Learning & Development, je onderhoudt en zet een 'lerend' netwerk op waarin L&D initiatieven en ervaringen kunnen gedeeld worden;
- Je blijft in contact met externe aanbieders van trainingen om een trainingsportfolio voor Vynova uit te werken en een stabiele lange termijn relatie op te bouwen;
- Je blijft op de hoogte van de nieuwe trends en technologieën (bv. digitalisering) op het gebied van leren en ontwikkeling;
- Je rapporteert aan de HR Manager.

Functie-eisen:Je beschikt idealiter over een Masterdiploma in Pedagogische Wetenschappen (bij voorkeur onderwijs
- en opleidingskunde) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
Je beschikt over 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring, idealiter in een productieomgeving;
Je bent expert in Learning & Development en hebt idealiter affiniteit met techniek/productie;
Je hebt een strategische focus en ervaring in het uitwerken van een opleidingsbeleid, maar kan ook pragmatisch werken;
Je bent sterk analytisch en organisatorisch ingesteld en hebt sterke project skills;
Je bent gericht op samenwerking en weet medewerkers te coachen en ontwikkelen;
Je hebt affiniteit met didactiek, leertools (LMS) en met het ontwikkelen van leeractiviteiten ( training, intervisie, coaching,.);
Je bent veiligheidsbewust en draagt een sterke veiligheidshouding uit.
