Je zal in deze functie private banking klanten in de regio West-Vlaanderen tot Gent adviseren over hun vermogens
- en successieplanning. Door jouw expertise ter beschikking te stellen aan onze klanten, werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling van de vooruitstrevende approach en de uitgebreide dienstverlening die Belfius wil aanbieden aan zijn klanten.

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent verantwoordelijk om, samen met onze private bankers, klanten te ontmoeten die vragen hebben over estate planning, om hen op hun vragen een antwoord te geven en op basis van jouw ervaring en kennis een gepersonaliseerd advies te formuleren.
Als estate planner dien je omwille van jouw grote autonomie een expertise te hebben op vlak van de klassieke rechtstakken voor een estate planner, maar ook op de materies die betrekking hebben op herstructurering van vennootschappen, overdracht van vennootschappen, fiscaliteit van bancaire producten, internationaal privaatrecht en internationale fiscaliteit.
Ook de effectieve uitvoering en de opvolging van de door jou geformuleerde adviezen behoort tot jouw opdracht. Zo zal je contacten onderhouden met de notaris van de klanten om de communicatie tussen de klant en zijn notaris te faciliteren en zorg je ook voor de praktische uitwerking van specifieke documenten die in het kader van het door jou voorbereide advies aan de orde zijn (o.a. huwelijkscontracten, schenkingen, bankgiften, zorgvolmachten, statuten van maatschappen)
Het team bestaat uit een dertigtal specialisten in vermogensplanning met ervaring in de consultancy, advocatuur en notariaat. Je werkt zelfstandig maar jouw collega's staan wel voor je klaar om je met raad en daad bij staan, ideeën af te toetsen of om gewoon eens bij te praten. We horen elkaar regelmatig via de digitale tools en zien elkaar geregeld voor een teamoverleg in Brussel.

Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit: je hebt contact met jouw vaste private bankers, plant zelfstandig vergaderingen (digitaal & fysiek) in met klanten, je schrijft jouw adviezen uit en licht deze mondeling toe aan klanten. Je bereidt ook het vervolg van hun planning voor door contact op te nemen met hun notaris of door bepaalde akten of overeenkomsten voor te bereiden.
Op geregelde tijdstippen sta je ook in voor de vorming van onze nieuwe private bankers en geef je workshops of schrijf je artikels om de kennis van onze private bankers up to date te houden. Je voelt je ook comfortabel om voor een groep van klanten op een begrijpbare en vlotte manier diverse technieken van successieplanning toe te lichten.

Kortom, een gevarieerde job in een dynamische werkomgeving en een collegiale sfeer, met ruimte voor individuele ontplooiing.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- Een universitair diploma (rechten), ervaring in het notariaat is een pluspunt.
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie met een uitstekende kennis van fiscaliteit, huwelijksvermogensrecht en erfrecht.
- Een perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands is noodzakelijk voor deze functie.
- Je kan je uitdrukken in het Frans en begrijpt een Franstalige conversatie met betrekking tot de functie
- Zeer goede communicatieve en pedagogische vaardigheden (mondeling & schriftelijk).
- Klantgericht kunnen denken.
- Verantwoordelijkheid nemen en kunnen prioritiseren.
- Kunnen werken op een autonome en georganiseerde manier.
- Discreet / tactvol / objectief / integer / collegiaal / flexibel.

Je scoort extra met:

- Goede tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans)
- Ervaring met het opmaken van aangiftes van nalatenschap
- Een vlotte schrijfstijl voor commerciële strategische publicaties voor klanten.
