**TEASER**

Als Proces Consultant ben je lid van het Continuous Improvement Team. Jouw advies en coaching moet ervoor zorgen dat de organisatie groeit naar een hoger niveau van procesmaturiteit via meerdere kernresultaatgebieden. Je helpt hierbij processen te verbeteren en prestaties te optimaliseren om de kwaliteit van onze producten en dienstverlening te verbeteren, de klantentevredenheid te verhogen en kosten te reduceren.

**Functie**

Als Proces Consultant participeer je in het Continuous Improvement Team en mag je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden tot de jouw rekenen:

- Vanuit het procesteam zal je actief deelnemen aan de noodzakelijke investeringen om de procesmaturiteit van de organisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen, dit in lijn met de gekozen proces strategie en methodologie.
- Adviseert en draagt bij tot het installeren, ontwikkelen en borgen van een gecentraliseerd expertisecentrum voor processen onder leiding van de Continuous Quality Improvement Manager
- Binnen de organisatie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor process governance and documentation conventions & tooling
- Je speelt een cruciale rol in allerhande procesverbeteringsinitiatieven, en wordt geconsulteerd in de prioritering ervan, en waakt mee over de project governance van procesverbeteringen.
- Je geeft - samen met het team en onder leiding van de Continuous Quality Improvement Manager - vorm aan het awareness plan om de cultuur van process thinking en continuous quality improvement te verankeren in het DNA van elke leader en medewerker

Onze ideale kandidaat beschikt naast een Master denkniveau en een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol over volgende skills:
