As an Account Manager and future Team Manager, what will the job be?
You will be in charge of a client portfolio
:major accounts and BEL20, in various industries: Energy-Utilities, Finance, Retail, Telco Transportation, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector

You:

-
create and implement the commercial strategy
-
contribute to create new offers and expertise
- take an active part in
process improvements: every idea or feedback is welcome
-
prospect and build customer loyalty with decision makers (C-Levels) to identify new projects and needs, and understand their
complex environments & challenges.
-
are the point of contact for your client, and work in close collaboration with the HR & consulting teams, to identify the perfect consultants for each project or need,
-
build competitive and relevant proposals to create the best offer (consultants' team, expertise, conditions),
- get

Team Leadership:
building and developing your own team of
high potential consultants

Why you?

You:
- have minimum
2 years of experience in Business Development, in a consulting firm
-
have excellent client management and negotiation skills
- are fluent in French and / or Dutch and English, you hold a bachelor's or master's degree
-
have a dynamic, outgoing, and ambitious personality
- bring energy, an
entrepreneurial spirit, and a fierce
commitment to achieving results
- have a
positive attitude and sense of humor
