As the Director of Professional Services (EU), your primary responsibilities will include ensuring positive customer outcomes and leading a high-performing team. This role is crucial for upholding delivery standards, driving customer success, and expanding the professional services team in line with our company's growth strategy. The position is located in the Benelux region, with a preference for Brussels, Belgium.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure customers enjoy a stellar experience and projects are executed successfully
  • Oversee active projects across the EU and UK portfolios, taking proactive measures to ensure successful project deliveryServe as the principal Prophix contact and point of escalation for your customersGet hands-on in managing and contributing to regional projects until additional frontline managers are required
  • Lead a high-performing team
  • Supervise a team of 12-15 employees, including at least one manager, across various European and UK regionsDrive performance and inspire team members to realize their full potentialAim to meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets, while also recruiting and onboarding new staff members as necessaryMaintain relationships with key delivery and reseller partners
  • Oversee the regional profit and loss
  • Have a deep understanding of local profit and loss statements for the UK and EU, and carefully consider additional expendituresParticipate in monthly variance analysis and global monthly and quarterly operating reviewsSupport the global forecasting process by collaborating with Sales, global PS Operations, and the local team to ensure optimal staffing levels, all while remaining adaptable to changes in the sales pipeline

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you need a unique blend of experience, technological expertise, personal attributes, and educational background.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
  • Demonstrated success in modernizing professional services departments
  • Minimum of 5 years working in a professional services environmentLeadership skills that foster a high-performance culture and personal development within your teamYou possess a strong understanding of our customer base and can engage in relevant discussionsSubject matter expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis or Financial ConsolidationCapability to navigate through implementations and comprehend associated processes and challengesSolid knowledge of CPM technology. Experience with at least one similar software platform is essential, such as Prophix Adaptive Insights, Vena, Planful, Tagetik, etc.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of the role. Must be willing to travel within the European Union and hold a valid passport. Ability to travel to Canada and internationally is a plus.
