Onze focus ligt op de middellange termijn, waarbij we projecten ondersteunen die gericht zijn op het creëren van toekomstig succes en het vergroten van onze impact op het publiek. Als Project Manager Strategie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van onze digitale groei en het halen van de bedrijfsdoelen. Dit doe je in samenwerking met collega's uit verschillende redacties. Je identificeert structurele knelpunten en pakt deze planmatig aan, vertaalt de inhoudelijke visie naar een contentstrategie en begeleidt projecten van begin tot eind.
We werken binnen ons team op 3 snelheden: live advies, korte termijn en middellange termijn. Jij werkt op de** middellange termijn**.
**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Knelpunten in de organisatie identificeren en aanpakken in samenwerking met de cheffen en hoofdredacties.
- Vertalen van de bedrijfsvisie naar een content
- en distributiestrategie: ontwikkelen van een duidelijke waardepropositie voor de lezers en het onderscheidend vermogen van de redactieteams, en deze omzetten naar een concreet actieplan.
- Begeleiden van projecten van start tot implementatie: je brengt de juiste stakeholders aan de tafel en trekt strategische projecten naar een goed einde
- Adviseren bij het verbeteren van processen en flows door middel van workshops, interviews en procesanalyse
- Uitwerken van business cases en hun mogelijke impact op de organisatie
- Standaardisatie van werkmethoden en ontwikkeling van hulpmiddelen die de efficiëntie en impact kunnen vergroten
- Coachen van teamleden in het identificeren van knelpunten
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement of vergelijkbare functie.
- Je bent daadkrachtig proactief in de aanpak van je projecten
- Uitstekende communicatie en people skills om mensen door veranderingen te kunnen leiden
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie of change management is een plus
- Je hebt affiniteit met media
- Je bent bereid 1 dag of meer per week vanuit Nederland te werken.
