Wij zoeken een epic owner, die volgens de Safe Agile methode onze roadmap mee realiseert.Binnen het team Transversal Services kom je terecht in een pool van Epic Owners, Release Train Engineers en Verandermanagement experten.

We zijn op zoek naar kandidaten met een ruime ervaring in de klassieke projectwerking, idealiter aangevuld met praktijkervaring in een SAFe context vanuit de rol als Epic Owner.

Op dit moment zoeken we een Project manager/ Epic owner die de realisatie van onze gedefinieerde IT Security roadmap (bijv. implementatie Dora, Nis2) kan ondersteunen. Zo zal je werken op trajecten in security governance, service continuity management, security governance met derde partijen en incident & problem management.

Als epic owner:

- Ben je verantwoordelijk voor epic management: het plannen, structureren, opvolgen en coördineren van epics en daaraan verwante change activiteiten, teneinde een efficiënte, coherente en resultaatgerichte inzet en samenwerking van mensen en middelen te realiseren.
- Ben je verantwoordelijk binnen de epic voor het definiëren, opmaken en beheren van de business case en zorg je voor de opvolging van de benefits realisatie.
- Aligneer je met Enterprise Architectuur rond de oplossingsrichting voor business
- en IT epics en neem je actief deel aan de selectie van nieuwe leveranciers
- Werk je nauw samen met de betrokkenen (Business Owner, Epic Portfolio Lead, Solution Manager en/of Shared Service Center Manager, Service Manager en procurement) en zorg je voor draagvlak rond het bepalen van prioriteiten van features binnen de epic
- Maak je deel uit van het portfolioniveau en laat je de delivery van de IT-componenten in de veilige handen van de IT development value streams (IT Business Solutions of IT Shared Service Center), maar faciliteer je waar nodig om de realisatie te garanderen
- Geef je voortgang van de epic aan de Epic Portfolio Lead opdat deze op zijn manier een neutrale rapportering richting LPM kan garanderen
- Rapporteer je binnen de business value stream Governance, stuur je ceremonies aan en vertegenwoordig je de business in de PI-werking
- Waarborg je de consistentie van de werking tussen en binnen de verschillende epics
- Treed je proactief en dirigerend op in geval van onderlinge conflicten en beheer je onderlinge afhankelijkheden
- Beschik je over - voor het toegewezen kennisdomein - kennis van business processen en -producten.
- Ben je in staat om macro denken en micro werken te combineren.
- Zorg je, al dan niet samen met een change expert, voor een duidelijk communicatie
- en changeplan om de implementatie te begeleiden.

Profiel

**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**
- Een Masterdiploma en mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Project Manager, bij voorkeur in een bancaire
- en/of verzekeringsomgeving;
- Ervaring in IT Security change trajecten
- PMI Certified en/ of Safe Certified is een plus;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Een grote dosis overtuigingskracht en assertiviteit;
- Ervaring met communicatie naar directie niveau
- Kennis van en ervaring in stakeholdermanagement;
- Resultaatsgericht, dynamisch en stressbestendig;
- Structuur kunnen aanbrengen;
- Autonoom kunnen werken;
- Een flexibele instelling om te werken in diverse omgevingen;
- Strategisch inzicht;
- Team motivator;
- Kennis van Jira, Confluence, PPM Clarity en Sharepoint is mooi meegenomen;
- Ervaring met zowel Waterfall
