**Responsibilities**:
Partner with stakeholders to understand the objectives associated with a project and to ensure requirements are properly documented.
Take ownership and actively manage the project throughout its entire lifecycle following standard project management processes and methodologies.
Engage all different IT Services areas involved (regionally and globally) to ensure the best solution is put forward and appropriate resources are assigned.
Communicate status of the projects to key stakeholders on a regular basis and with total transparency. Make sure risks are proactively identified, documented and mitigated throughout the life of the project.
Promote the use of good project management practices in the Copco Group not just by “leading by example” but also by playing consulting or trainer roles to any organization that might require support with their own projects or project management processes.
Contribute, in cooperation with other Project Managers, to the continuous improvement of standard project management processes and tools.
Partner with other service teams and third-party vendors, sometimes in close cooperation with Strategic Sourcing.
Experience
Extended experience of successfully managing technical IT projects, especially in IT Infrastructure - Networking.
Proven track record of cultural awareness while collaborating with your peers in the other regions.
Experience in effectively managing, motivating and empowering people
Strong business acumen and internal knowledge of policies.
Comfortable with working in a highly matrix global environment
Ability to implement standards and operating metrics.

A thorough technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure - Networking
A broad knowledge of different technologies used and available in the industry to give a good overall understanding of IT.
Working knowledge of value and use of Standard IT processes and methodologies (i.e. ITIL, PMI and SDLC).
Knowledge on Project Management tools:
MS projects
ServiceNow ITBM
Others
Educational Requirements
University degree or equivalent experience.
Certified Project Manager a plus
Certification within ITIL (Foundation) is a benefit
Technology certifications are a plus
Fluency in Dutch & English, spoken and written is a must
