Unbox is recruiting an experienced project manager, fluent in Dutch, to coordinate the marketing, tech, operations, and strategy teams for our upcoming projects. Punctuality and attention to detail are paramount as well as a strong sense of accountability and an ability to work efficiently on very strict and short-term deadlines.
This job will require extreme flexibility and the capacity to adapt to a changing set of variables at any given time.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to detail their needs and clarify specific requirements
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
**Must-haves**
- Fluent in Dutch or Flemish
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid technological foundation
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with government bodies
- Experience as a technical project manager
- Excellent Dutch copywriting skills
