At Manuchar we are in business transformation towards our 2.0 vision. That's why we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team as we have a variety of interesting business and IT projects in the pipeline.
Your main responsibilities are
- Organizing, coordinating and leading the project.
- Maintaining stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Supervising the project’s progress.
- Coordinating, recording and ensuring quality compliance.
- Circulating and distributing information from the project owner.
- Ensuring the project helps to support the organization's wider business and IT-goals.
- Complying with budgets and delivery times.
**Profile**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology, project lifecycle management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources efficiently.
- Experience in budget creation, financial tracking, and ensuring project delivery within budget constraints.
- Effective verbal and written communication to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Expertise in managing stakeholder expectations, gathering requirements, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and requirements, ensuring project continuity and success.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and Spanish is a plus.
