Are you a seasoned **Project Manager** with a knack for setting and achieving milestones, adept at navigating project planning, and skilled at identifying and addressing risks and roadblocks swiftly? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We're in search of a Project Manager to join our team, collaborating closely with the Program Manager to spearhead the installation and rollout of our digital customer experience program.

**What You'll Do**:
- Milestone Setting: Define and establish project milestones, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Planning Follow-Up: Oversee project planning processes, track progress, and ensure that timelines are met, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on course.
- Risk Identification: Proactively identify and flag potential risks and roadblocks in the project lifecycle, taking immediate action to mitigate issues and keep the project on track.
- Dependency Management: Maintain a clear understanding of project dependencies and actively manage them to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth project progression.
- Comprehensive Project Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of the moving parts of each project within the digital customer experience program, ensuring holistic project management.
- Collaboration with Program Manager: Work in tandem with the Program Manager to align project activities with program objectives, providing regular updates on project status and seeking guidance on critical decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, both technical and non-technical, to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including service designers, UI/UX professionals, and asset owners, fostering a collaborative environment that drives project success.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, demonstrating successful management of complex projects.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying and addressing project risks and dependencies.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in digital customer experience programs is a plus.
