Een job die kan blijven boeien op lange termijn dankzij de variatie op verschillende vlakken: uiteenlopende projecten binnen diverse sectoren (nucleair, (petro-)chemie, algemene industrie ), ruim takenpakket (bureauwerk/actie on the field) en locatie (Berendrecht / Wolvertem / nationaal)._

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Project Manager bij Sarens BE Projects. Je zal werken vanuit het Sarens BE Projects depot in Berendrecht of het hoofdkantoor van Sarens BE in Wolvertem.
- Jouw toekomstig takenpakket als Project Manager:_
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt van de klant: bespreken van de aanvraag, toelichting geven
- Je bouwt verder op de technisch en operationele voorbereiding van de project engineers en geeft richting en ondersteuning indien nodig.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten van de projecten on site.
- Je staat in voor onderhandelingen en contractmanagement met de klant.
- Je volgt het project nauwgezet op in termen van operationele vooruitgang, ‘budget - scope - timing’
- Je zorgt voor een accurate financiële opvolging van het project en bijhorende administratie.
- Je staat in voor het aansturen, motiveren en coachen van het team on site.In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Project Operations Manager en werk je nauw samen met Project Engineers & de CAD Designer, alsook met Kraanmachinisten, Riggers en Supervisor op de werf.

Je bent een **teamplayer** die zich graag **vastbijt** in nieuwe projecten en **niet loslaat** tot het project met succes gerealiseerd is. Je bent een **geboren organisator** die de juiste **prioriteiten** stelt. Wanneer acties vereist zijn, schakel je snel met een **oplossingsgerichte** ingesteldheid en **communiceer** je steeds **duidelijk** en **gestructureerd **naar jouw team. Je bent **klantgericht, kostenbewust** én beschikt over een **sterk strategisch en analytisch inzicht**. Je bent een **stressbestendige** **people manager** met de nodige **assertiviteit**.
- De profielvereisten_
- **Master Industrieel Ingenieur **(bv. elektromechanica, bouwkunde )
- **Ervaring** als **Project Engineer** of **Project Manager**.
- Communicatief sterk**:Nederlands**, **Engels** en idealiter **Frans** (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
- Vlot met de **computer** (MS Office, tekenprogramma’s zoals AutoCAD).
- **Flexibele** ingesteldheid naar taken, werkuren en locaties (Depot Berendrecht/Wolvertem/nationaal)
