**Project Manager**

Als projectmanager zal je actief zijn binnen een 3de generatie gespecialiseerde onderneming. Het familiebedrijf is expert in tankbouw, onderhoud, mechanical & piping projecten. Voor de vestiging in Antwerpen waar er momenteel 35 vaste en er gemiddeld 30 onderaannemers aan de slag zijn zal je ingezet worden als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en andere relevante externe stakeholders. Je draagt eindverantwoordelijkheid over projecten tussen de 5 en 15 miljoen euro. Dit binnen de petrochemie, chemie, voeding en pharma sector.

**Functie**
- Je ondersteunt de sales afdeling in de aanbiedingsfase, o.a. bij het bepalen van de technische haalbaarheid van de projecten, het uitwerken van de scope en calculatie van budgetten;
- Je zorgt voor een correcte projectmanaging volgens smart project methodiek vanaf contractfase tot en met evaluatie van het project;
- Samenstellen van het projectteam en opstellen van personeelsplanning;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop en tijdige levering van producten en diensten, het selecteren van onderaannemers en leveranciers;
- Projectadministratie en het opstellen van financiële, veiligheids-en voortgangsrapportages;
- Optimaliseren van werkprocessen en evalueren van het project;
- Kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen inrichten, implementeren, uitdragen en opvolgen.

Je zal indirect een 8-10 mensen aansturen (construction manager, contract manager, project engineer, subcontractors,...) en 50 tot 60 direct reports. Als peoplemanager zorg je ervoor dat het volledige projectteam optimaal kan functioneren.

**Profiel**
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een industriële ingenieursrichting;
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring binnen de metaal of piping-mechanical industrie;
- Je hebt min. 5-8 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een projectmanagement functie;
- Je hebt ervaring met SAP, MS Office, MS Projects of gelijkaardige software;
- Je bent dynamisch, communicatief, oplossingsgericht en nauwkeurig;
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
