A&M Group, met hoofdzetel in Hasselt, is een van de 3 grootste dealergroepen in België. De groep omvat 33 vestigingen en 57 showrooms in Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant en Antwerpen, goed voor 860 jobs. Naast de zes merken van de VW-groep - Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Cupra en VW Bedrijfsvoertuigen - worden ook de merken BMW en Mini verdeeld. Ook Jaguar en Land Rover zitten in de portefeuille, met vestigingen in Hasselt en Maastricht, en recent werd hier Porsche Paal aan toegevoegd. Vorig jaar verkocht A&M Group meer dan nieuwe voertuigen.
**Om onze groei te ondersteunen zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven Group Aftersales Manager om ons team te versterken.**
**Functie**:
In de rol als Group Aftersales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het team van aftersalesmanagers, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat zij de hoogste kwaliteit van dienstverlening bieden aan onze klanten. Je speelt een essentiële rol bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een strategie om de klanttevredenheid te verbeteren en de aftersalesactiviteiten te optimaliseren.
Als Group Aftersales Manager rapporteer je aan de Business Unit Director en werk je nauw samen met de Group Sales Manager en Fleetmanager om synergieën te creëren en onze klanten een naadloze ervaring te bieden. Samen ontwikkel je een krachtige aftersalesstrategie, gericht op zowel de 1st als 2nd lifecycle van onze voertuigen en het stimuleren van Up Selling Products. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aankoopbeleid met betrekking tot onderdelen en tools, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat we altijd over de beste kwalitatieve materialen beschikken aan de beste prijzen. Je bent ook de centrale contactpersoon voor onze importeur op vlak van aftersales.
Een uniforme en gestroomlijnde aftersaleservaring is een belangrijk aspect van ons bedrijf, en jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de nodige processen en procedures om dit te waarborgen. Je ontwikkelt en houdt toezicht op het globale actie
- en opleidingsplan in aftersales, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat ons team voortdurend wordt bijgeschoold en up-to-date blijft met de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in de automobielsector.
Als Group Aftersales Manager ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het customer service center, waar klanttevredenheid voorop staat. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten op een vriendelijke, professionele en efficiënte manier worden geholpen bij hun aftersalesbehoeften. Daarnaast fungeer je als de aftersalescontactpersoon voor de importeur en werk je samen met hen om onze processen verder te verbeteren en te voldoen aan de verwachtingen van de fabrikant.
**Profiel**:
De ideale kandidaat voor deze functie heeft ruime ervaring in de automobielsector, met een focus op aftersales en management. Je bent een People manager die in staat is om teams te inspireren en te motiveren om de beste resultaten te behalen. Je bent resultaatgericht, analytisch en in staat om strategische beslissingen te nemen die leiden tot verbeteringen in onze aftersalesactiviteiten. Klantvriendelijkheid, integriteit, een positieve instelling en de bereidheid om te leren en stressbestendig te zijn, zijn eigenschappen die essentieel zijn voor deze rol. Bovendien ben je ordelijk, accuraat en beschik je over uitstekende computervaardigheden, met name in Word, Excel en Outlook
