Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van onze klanten: offertes opstellen, verkoop ondersteunen, facturen maken & contacten opvolgen. Het opbouwen van langetermijnrelaties met de klanten staat centraal.

Samen met jouw account manager, planners & technische dienst zoek je naar de beste oplossing.

Je werkt als team samen om de vooropgestelde omzet te behalen.

Je behandelt klachten en gaat in gesprek met de klant.

Je belt particuliere aanvragen op en volgt op.

**Profiel**:
Wat is belangrijk?

Je bent stressbestendig en kan multitasken. Je kent jouw weg in een ERP/CRM-pakket of wil die snel leren kennen. Je hebt commerciële feeling en bent communicatief sterk (NL perfect/FR basis of bereid tot bijscholing) om de klant te woord te staan.

Borgen van alle administratief-commerciële en administratief-financiële taken binnen het Customer Service Center van de branch:
COMMERCIEEL

allereerste telefonische contact met een nieuwe klant

de opmaak van de offerte

registratie van het order in het ERP pakket

zelf afhandelen van particuliere aanvragen via telefonisch contact

FINANCIEEL

opmaak van de factuur

inning van de facturen: debiteurenbeheer, up-to-date houden van klantengegevens, back-up voor de klantenboekhouding

Behandeling van klachten behoort eveneens tot je taak: dossiers up-to-dat houden, analyse van de klacht mee opmaken, communicatie met de klant rond de klacht en de genomen acties.

Voor alle taken werk je zeer nauw samen met een Accountmanager die de klanten bezoekt en de technische dienst.

Onderhouden van goede contacten met de klant teneinde een lange termijn relatie uit te bouwen.

Bijwerken en onderhouden van de vakkennis en de technische vaardigheden binnen het eigen vakdomein teneinde de eigen kennis en vaardigheden te maximaliseren en deze optimaal binnen de organisatie toe te passen.
