VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
- Strategische Lange Termijn Planning: Je ontwikkelt een gedegen langetermijnproductieplanning in nauwe samenwerking met sales, finance en product management. Dit omvat het opstellen van een master scheduling met inachtneming van verschillende beperkingen, zoals verkoopsbudgetten, seizoensgebonden afleverdata, nieuwe productupdates en beschikbaarheid van onderdelen.
- Efficiënte Communicatie en Middelenbeheer: Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie van de planningen naar de Finance afdeling, zodat zij de nodige middelen tijdig kunnen toewijzen. Hierbij is het essentieel om proactief te zijn en te anticiperen op mogelijke productiestilstanden en stockbreuken.
- Continue Verbetering en Innovatie: Je identificeert en implementeert nieuwe methoden en structuren om het productieproces te versterken en flexibel in te spelen op seizoens- en jaarschommelingen. Dit omvat onder andere het verhogen van de cadans, het optimaliseren van de variant configurator en het uitbreiden van het leveranciersnetwerk.
- Optimalisatie van Productie en Logistiek: Je optimaliseert het productieproces en de logistieke ondersteuning om productietijden en leveringstermijnen te verbeteren. Dit omvat het finetunen van het ERP-systeem, het forecasten van leveranciers en het organiseren van interne logistiek en transport.
- Internationale Coördinatie: Je coördineert de logistieke flow voor de productielocaties, waaronder onze partners in Rusland en Nederland. Dit omvat het plannen van lange termijn samenwerkingen, het implementeren van nieuwe technologieën en het optimaliseren van de logistieke stromen.
- Leiderschap en Samenwerking: Je hebt nauw contact met de productie op de locatie in Nederland, en zorgt voor een optimaal verloop van de operationele activiteiten. Je werkt samen met het management, inclusief de plant director, om een brede leveranciersbasis te handhaven en de prestaties van de aankoopafdeling te volgen.
- Je maakt deel uit van de directie, waar je nauw samenwerkt met de Product-, Finance- en Sales & Marketing Director. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO.
AANBOD - Geen optie tot managementvenootschap, enkel loondienst
- Een competitief bruto jaarsalari tussen € en €170.000 dat bepaald wordt door ervaring, kennis, motivatie en ambitie.

PROFIEL
- Hogere - universitaire opleiding in een technische richting (mechanica, elektromechanica, machinebouw), of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Bij voorkeur 5 à 10 jaar succesvolle operationservaring in een metaalverwerkend (montage)bedrijf met complexe producten en nadruk op logistieke aanvoer.
- Affiniteit met ontwerp & engineering om als link te fungeren tussen R&D, aankoop, logistiek, sales en productie.
- Ervaring met SAP-ERP systemen en interesse in de agrarische sector zijn extra troeven.
- Gedreven no-nonsense persoonlijkheid die actief meedenkt met de organisatie.
- Bekwaam als peoplemanager om medewerkers te coachen en motiveren in een sterk groeiende - veranderende organisatie.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
- Je bent bereid om sporadisch te reizen indien nodig.
