Role/Responsibilities

As the Director of Data Management, your role is crucial in overseeing and optimizing our Data Operations team. You will manage the end-to-end data operations process, ensuring data availability, integrity, and accuracy on our flagship product Orbis. Your expertise in data management, leadership, and strategic thinking will drive the success of our data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership: Guide and inspire the Data Operations team, providing mentorship and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Matching Services: Implement data matching services aligning with organizational goals for accurate and reliable data.
  • Master Data Management: Establish processes to enhance data quality and develop a single source of truth across different data sources.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Create data quality metrics and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Data Operations Optimization: Enhance data operations processes for efficiency.
  • Data Governance: Implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality.
  • Data Integration and ETL: Oversee data integration processes to enable seamless data flow.
  • Key Partnerships and Collaboration: Collaborate with key teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Economics, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in data operations and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with Data Management tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of data governance, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Understanding of data architectures, ETL processes, and integration technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience driving process improvements and efficiency through technology.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
