Omschrijving:

As an executive assistant:

  • You plan, participate in and followup on global meetings
  • Organize and prepare workshops and clinics
  • Creation of presentations in Powerpoint, Excel etc. for meetings
  • General office duties including entering of information on database, telephone contact with clients / org stakeholders and other professionals, filing.
  • Managing and arranging travel, transport, visa and accommodation.
  • Data entry
  • Organizing and arranging global team meetings including all administration
  • Manage agenda and presentations
  • Manage hotels and restaurant reservation
  • Managing invitations and participants
  • Creating and providing templates for team PP
  • Collect and merge team material
  • Proofread and adjust
  • Maintain team folders and database
  • Manage all travel arrangements for the team. Tickets, hotel, visa etc.
  • Update calendars
  • Buying various items for meeting etc.
  • Ordering flowers etc. for team celebrations

Profiel

The executive assistant we are looking for:

  • Speaks fluent English and Dutch. Day to day communication is in English. Is excellent in written English and Dutch
  • Marketing experience is preferred
  • Experienced with budget and numbers
  • Has great organisational skills
  • Can set priorities and maintain focus in stressful periods with many tasks
  • Can work independently and with global teams
  • Is creative and good at sparring new ideas
  • Good knowledge of software packages: Powerpoint, Word, Excel, SAP, Concur & Acubiz
On top of this you have good communication skills and a high sense of confidentiality.
