We are currently searching for a WMS Functional Analyst for a global corporation.
Responsibilities- Act as the vital connection between business and development teams.
- Thoroughly grasp all new business requirements and convert them into detailed specifications for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with the senior solution architect.
- Quickly understand complex ERP environments and devise innovative solutions for challenges.
- Rapidly familiarize yourself with existing WMS and ERP applications' technical aspects.
- Ensure the WMS application's quality is maintained and aligned with company principles.
- Identify data requirements for the ERP/WMS and create new interfaces as needed.
- Manage timing, progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT functional analyst.
- Strong analytical skills and solution-driven mindset.
- Deep knowledge of functional analysis (business analysis familiarity is a bonus).
- Experience in logistics and production environments.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in UML and data modeling with ERD.
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT needs using various techniques.
- Skilled in working both independently and within a team.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve information gathering challenges.
- Develop and maintain documentation for requirements and processes.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
