Functional Analyst It

Vous rêvez d'un **travail varié** orienté **projets** avec du **contact** humain, l'occasion de développer **vos propres idées** et des opportunités de carrière ? Alors, vous êtes la personne que nous recherchons En tant qu'**Analyste Fonctionnel**, vous rejoignez une équipe de six personnes au sein du service IT. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les **unités commerciales** et sondez leurs besoins. Puis vous évaluez leur faisabilité, les risques qu'ils impliquent et les ajustements éventuels à y apporter. Vous établissez un **plan technique et fonctionnel **afin de traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en termes informatiques pour les développeurs. Ensuite, vous suivez votre projet de près et **rectifiez le tir** le cas échéant. Des **incidents** surviennent ? Vous en assurez également le suivi. Une fois que votre solution est déployée, vous aidez et **accompagnez** les utilisateurs finaux et proposez les **améliorations** qui s'imposent.

Dans votre rôle Functional Analyst, vous comprendrez, analyserez, traduirez et orienterez les exigences opérationnelles en solutions de systèmes automatisés et coordonnerez le déploiement de la solution.
Vous assurez un transfert et un soutien efficaces pour garantir que les solutions informatiques:
- couvrent au maximum toutes les exigences des parties prenantes et répondent au maximum à toutes les exigences commerciales pertinentes.
- Sont techniquement, organisationnellement et économiquement faisables et réalisables.
- peuvent être réalisés dans les délais, dans le respect du budget et de la mission convenue.
- Englobent des solutions de bout en bout du cycle de vie de la solution.
- Vous concevez des solutions fonctionnelles et techniques et veillez à ce qu'elles soient validées par toutes les parties prenantes opérationnelles et informatiques concernées et fournissez aux équipes de développement la traduction des exigences opérationnelles.
- Vous coordonnez la mise en œuvre du projet avec les équipes de développement afin de garantir que les développements techniques correspondent aux exigences fonctionnelles des systèmes et que la qualité est respectée.
**Your profile**
- Vous avez un bachelor pertinent ou vous avez des connaissances similaires grâce à votre expérience de travail avec WMS (GOLD, MANHATTAN)..
- Vous avez de l'expérience ou êtes totalement accroché à l'élaboration d'analyses fonctionnelles et de conceptions techniques pour des processus d'entreprise complexes.
- Vous avez l'expertise pour définir les scénarios de validation fonctionnelle et technique des solutions techniques.
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais et le néerlandais ou le français.
