Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Functional Analyst** (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Merksem**.

Functie
We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een functioneel analist in ons custom development team. Als functioneel analist werk je nauw samen met de producteigenaar, het ontwikkelteam en de zakelijke gebruikers, wat diepgaande kennis van het productontwerp vereist. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een deel van de analyse en creatie van user stories voor het ontwikkelteam. Je leeft agile waarden & principes en volgt de afgesproken processen & praktijken.
Context:
- Ons custom development team ondersteunt de treasury en credit risk afdeling met custom applicaties die het volledige potentieel van onze data ontsluiten en de business helpen bij het nemen van cruciale beslissingen.
- We ondersteunen ook de digitale innovatieprojecten die we in Manuchar implementeren. Zo vergroten we ons concurrentievoordeel en ondersteunen we ons bedrijf, onze klanten en onze filialen.
Je belangrijkste taken zijn:
- het bespreken van de functionele aspecten van het gewenste product met de business afdelingen en het definiëren van de functionele eisen & acceptatiecriteria
- het bespreken van de niet-functionele vereisten & beperkingen met de bedrijfsafdelingen
- functionele & niet-functionele gebruikersverhalen creëren om een duidelijk en algemeen gedeeld begrip van het vereiste gedrag vast te stellen
- ervoor zorgen dat oplossingen voldoen aan de zakelijke behoeften en vereisten
- assisteren tijdens interne demo's en testen van de functionaliteiten die door het team worden geleverd. ondersteunen van gebruikersacceptatietesten.
- intakes doen op gerapporteerde bugs of wijzigingsverzoeken
Functie-eisen
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in combinatie met relevante ervaring als senior functioneel analist (>| 5 jaar ervaring).
- Je hebt een analytische manier van denken en je kunt moeilijke concepten uitleggen aan niet-technische gebruikers.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en slaagt erin een brug te slaan tussen interne en externe belanghebbenden.
- Je bent een kritische denker en focust op het creëren van waarde voor de business.
- Je bent flexibel en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je analyses zijn gestructureerd.
- Je bent proactief en adaptief en denkt in oplossingen.
- Je bent een teamspeler maar tegelijkertijd zelfstandig en voelt je op je gemak om in een cross-functioneel team te werken.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels. Nederlands is een pluspunt.
- Je presteert goed in een hybride werkomgeving (3 dagen/week thuiswerken).
