Project Planner: Finance Project Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Planner in Belgium.

The Project Planner is data driven to create insights and trends to support the Customer Project Manager effectively and efficiently lead their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope.

Secure that customer business is accurately driven adhering to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal and financial directives, using relevant processes and tools.

The focus for this role within this program is mainly financially driven.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify the received PO's from the customer vs the planned works and book them accurately.
  • Send out PO's towards our suppliers in line with the required activities
  • Request PO's towards our customer / request corrections towards our customer.
  • Grand goods received based on progress within the project
  • Troubleshoot payment issues
  • Request invoices towards the customer
  • Make financial reporting towards Customer Project Manager
  • Verify additional works and book those accordingly

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Min years of experience:
  • 5 years
  • Financial & Analysis Skills
  • SAP knowledge and experience
  • Understanding the business situations
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerBI, Powerpoint)
  • Proficiency with the English Language, Dutch is an asset.
