Victim Support Europe (VSE) is the leading European umbrella organisation that advocates on behalf of all victims of crime, no matter what the crime, no matter who the victim.
Since its foundation in 1990, VSE has worked on behalf of all European - and global - victims to ensure their rights and services, whether they have reported a crime or not.
Key activities:
- Support the implementation and delivery of projects including preparation and organization of and participation in project meetings, codrafting of deliverables and reports, communication with project partners, supporting dissemination of project activities;
- Contribute to the development of project proposals including research, drafting, proofreading, editing, collecting and sharing administrative documents;
- Support research in the context of EU funded projects, including analysing qualitative data, drafting of policy papers, reports and other relevant documents;
- Contribute to the administrative and financial reporting of projects;
- Preparation of relevant documents for project related events and activities.
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant degree in law, victimology, psychology, political science, international relations or other relevant fields;
- Strong research, analytical and drafting skills;
- Experience in project development and implementation (familiarity with EU projects is an asset);
- Knowledge and/or experience in victims' rights and issues is an advantage;
- Knowledge of EU institutions and EU decision making process;
- Previous experience in an NGO is a plus;
- Fluent oral and written skills in English, knowledge of another EU language is an advantage;
