Solution Architect Project Manager

**Responsabilités**
Un **Project manager** chez speos est responsable de l’ensemble du cycle de vie d’un projet selon la méthodologie de livraison (waterfall ou agile). Cela signifie qu’il/elle est chargé de la collecte des besoins des clients, (par le biais d’ateliers), du suivi du développement, du suivi des tests, et de la coordination des équipes jusqu’à la mise en production du projet.
La partie **Solution Architect** consiste à comprendre les besoins, et à les intégrer dans une description fonctionnelle du projet, afin qu’ils puissent être validés par le client et les parties internes.
En tant que **Solution Architect / Project Manager** vos responsabilités seront de:
- Organiser des ateliers avec le client afin d’identifier ses attentes/besoins ;
- Analyser et décrire la solution pour y répondre ;
- Présenter ton projet et discuter des solutions avec les différentes parties en interne (IT et non IT) ;
- Maintenir le calendrier de tes projets à jour. Cela signifie que tu seras amené à faire le suivi de l’état d’avancement de ton projet, tout en maintenant une relation étroite avec le client afin d’identifier les besoins et fournir un projet de qualité ;
- Conseiller sur la durée, le budget et la portée de ton projet ;
- Participer aux réunions internes afin d’améliorer en permanence la qualité, la durée et la productivité des projets de speos ;
- Travailler sur les objectifs annuels individuels et de l’équipe.
**Profil**
En tant que **Solution Architect / Project Manager**, vous avez:
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en tant que chef de projet ou analyste dans un domaine lié à l’IT ;
- Une excellente connaissance du français, du néerlandais et de l’anglais ;
**Et vous êtes également**
- Energique, orienté client et portez un intérêt particulier pour l’IT ;
- Tu veux travailler pour une PME dont l’atmosphère est collégiale.
