**Project Manager** zijn bij speos, betekent verantwoordelijk zijn voor de hele levenscyclus van een project volgens de leveringsmethodologie (waterval of agile, afhankelijk van het project). Beginnend van het verzamelen van de eisen van de klanten via workshops, tot het begeleiden en valideren van het ontwikkelings
- en productiegedeelte.
Het deel van **Solution Architect**, bestaat uit het beschrijven van een functionele oplossing van het project. Deze dient gevalideerd en begrepen worden door de klant, en interne partijen (vooral ontwikkelaars
- en productieniveau).
Een deel van je dagelijkse werk bestaat uit:
- Organiseren van workshops met de klant om hun verwachtingen te begrijpen
- Analyseren en beschrijven van de oplossing
- Je project intern voorstellen aan de verschillende afdelingen bij speos (ontwikkelaars & domeinarchitecten, productieniveau, serviceniveau, bedrijfsniveau), terwijl je debatteert over de oplossing die je voorstelt.
- Het schema van je projecten bijhouden, door de ontwikkelingsverbeteringen te volgen, een nauwe relatie met de klant te onderhouden om de behoeften voor de voltooiing en kwaliteit van het project te kunnen verzamelen
- Adviseren over tijd, budget, omvang
- Deelnemen aan interne vergaderingen, die tot doel hebben de kwaliteit, tijd en productiviteit van de projecten bij speos voortdurend te verbeteren.
- Werken aan jaarlijkse individuele en teamdoelstellingen
**Uw profiel**
- Ben je energiek, zakelijk georiënteerd, met een grote belangstelling voor IT?
- Heb je minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Project Manager of Analist in een IT gerelateerd vakgebied?
- Druk je je goed uit in het in Frans, Nederlands en Engels?
- Wil je werken voor een KMO met een collegiale sfeer?
**Over speos**
speos maakt sinds 2001 deel uit van de bpost groep. Wij zijn een organisatie met dezelfde waarden, maar onze speos cultuur is enigszins verschillend. Wij zijn een team van 220 mensen waar onze CEO nog iedereen bij de voornaam kan aanspreken. Het welzijn van onze medewerkers is essentieel.
Een SA/PM (Solution Architect/Project Manager) bij speos is betrokken bij elke afdeling, maar maakt deel uit van de IT afdeling. De projecten en klanten zijn heel divers (banken, telecom, energiesector, en meer), en kunnen papiergebonden en/of digitaal georiënteerd zijn.
Elke SA/PM heeft zijn eigen portefeuille van klanten en projecten. Hij/zij is in staat deze zelfstandig te beheren, rekening houdend met de verwachtingen van de cliënten en de interne haalbaarheid.
